Charlie Teo – Neurosurgeon & Cure Brain Cancer Foundation Founder

“Sadly, brain cancer kills more children than any other disease and more adults than any other cancer in Australia, yet receives a fraction of research funding.

That’s why I’m so proud to join this inspiring group, which has put its busy schedules aside to quite literally climb a mountain for people with brain cancer.

It’s a pretty extreme feat, but many of us have been personally impacted by brain cancer and are determined to smash the million-dollar fundraising target and help Cure Brain Cancer Foundation accelerate quality treatments to patients.

In many ways, climbing a mountain is a fitting analogy for tackling brain cancer; it’s hard work, you can take many different paths, and will face setbacks, but together we can overcome adversity and achieve our mission.”
